The ZORIN site belongs to SAS ZORIN (hereinafter referred to as “ZORIN” or “Us”).

We grant importance in respecting the personal data of our users online (hereinafter referred to as “you”), and processing this data with the greatest care and attention and ensuring the highest level of protection pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 pertaining to physical data protection for processing personal data and the free circulation of this data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and the national law applicable in such matters.

The data processor for your personal data outlined in this document is SAS ZORIN, a company incorporated in France with SIRET code 828 686 451. Our registered office is at 33, rue de la République, 69002 Lyon, France.

 

Purpose of data processing

We are unable to collect and use your personal data if this use is based on any of the legal bases determined by the GDPR (for instance respect of a legal obligation which we are bound to respect or performance of a contract signed with us).

The below table precisely outlines the purposes of use of your personal data by ZORIN and the corresponding legal basis.

Purpose 1: management of messages received

We have a legitimate interest in processing personal data of people who we contact so as to provide an adequate response (Article 6.1) f. of the GDPR).

Purpose 2: issuing newsletters

These newsletters inform you about content posted online and events organised by ZORIN. They are sent to you after subscription.

Purpose 3: establishing statistics on use of the site.

The term “statistical purposes” refers to any operation for the collection and processing of personal data required for statistical surveys or the production of statistical results. These statistical results may also be used for various purposes, notably improvement of our website. Statistics imply that the result of processing for statistical purposes does not allow for identification of people whose information has been used.

We have a legitimate interest in processing personal data of visitors to the website in order to improve the content of the website and have a greater understanding of the areas of interest of visitors (Article 6.1.f) of the GDPR).

 

Personal data collected

Below is an overview of the personal data we collect about you and the reason for collection.

Purpose 1: management of messages received.
Data collected/processed: email address, surname, forename, and/or personal information sent by the person making contact using the contact form.

Purpose 2: issuing newsletters
Data collected/processed: email address

Purpose 3: establishing statistics on frequentation of the website.
Data collected/processed: pages consulted; electronic identification data (IP address, cookies). ; and information which you willingly provided to us (for instance in the framework of information surveys and/or subscriptions on the website, or by writing to us by email).

 

Sharing your personal data

In order to perform the below processing activities, we confer some processing tasks to third parties, notably:
– Email service providers: MailChimp
– Statistical service providers: Google Analytics.

 

Data use

Your data is never sold to any other company or organisation than ZORIN.

 

Term of data storage

We have determined precise rules concerning the term of storage of your personal data. This term varies in line with objectives and should take due account of any legal obligations of storage of your data.

Below is a list of the purposes as well as the terms of storage:

Purpose 1: management of messages received. Data is stored for as long as required to respond to the request. Data is then immediately deleted. This data is not stored, only an email with your information is sent to us.

Purpose 2: issuing newsletters Data is stored until the end of contractual relations. Unsubscription from newsletters brings an end to contractual relations.

Purpose 3: establishing statistics on frequentation of the website. Data is stored for 2 years.

 

Your entitlements concerning data protection

Pursuant to legislation in force in France, you have a right to access, amend and delete your personal data.

For subscription to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe from our lists by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button in each newsletter.

For any other request, simply send an email to info[at]zorin.fr or a letter.

It is important to indicate the reasons behind your request, and attach a copy front and back side of your ID card. The request should indicate the address to which the response is sent.

We have one month in which to respond to your request, increased by 2 additional months in the event of any request requiring further searches. In all instances, we will do all that is necessary to process your requests as soon as possible.
